Spring Cone Crusher
Application
This kind of spring cone crusher is suitable for crushing the various ores and rocks above mid-hardness. And it is widely applied in the metallurgical, construction, road building, chemical and phosphatic industry. And the spring secure system is a kind of over-loaded protection, which can make the metal foreign materials pass the crushing cavity without the damage. It also adopts two sealing way of oil and water, which realize the isolation between the stone powder and lubrication oil. All of these ensures the smooth function.
Structure Features
1. During the continous rotation of the hammer, the materials’ crushing and discharging process will happen alternately on the working surface.
2. The materials are pressed, crooked,and cut between the two hammers,which features the easy crushing and low consumption.
3. Easy maintenance and low cost.
4. Unique crushing ability in primary, secondary and tertiary crushing.
Working Principle
During operation, the motor drives the eccentric shaft shell to turn around through ahorizontal axle and a pair of bevel gear. The axle of crushing cone swings with the force of eccentric shaft shell so that the surface of the crushing wall is closely to the roll mortar wall from time to time. In this way, the ores and rocks will be pressed and crooked and finally crushed.
